Queens District RCMP seizes cocaine and firearms, arrests woman

Queens District RCMP has seized a quantity of illicit drugs, including cocaine, along with firearms, unstamped tobacco and cash, and arrested a woman after executing a search warrant in Liverpool.

On February 6, Queens District RCMP, with assistance from the Southwest Nova RCMP Street Crime Enforcement Unit and RCMP Police Dog Services, executed a search warrant at a residence on Keddy Ln. as part of an ongoing drug trafficking investigation. 

At the residence, officers safely arrested a woman and seized a quantity of cocaine, psilocybin (mushrooms), prescription pills, unstamped tobacco, cash, and two unsecured firearms. 

The woman, a 38-year-old from Liverpool, was released on conditions. She’s scheduled to appear in Bridgewater Provincial Court on May 6 to face drug trafficking and firearms charges. She’s also facing charges under the Excise Act

The investigation is ongoing and is being led by Queens District RCMP.
