Victoria County District RCMP is seeking information on the whereabouts of Martin Rubin Joe MacKinnon, who’s currently wanted on a province-wide arrest warrant.
MacKinnon, 36, from Bay St. Lawrence, is facing charges of:
- Possession of Weapon for Dangerous Purpose
- Uttering Threats
- Break and Enter
- Theft Under $5,000 (two counts)
MacKinnon is described as 5-foot-6, 145 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
Police have made several attempts to locate MacKinnon and are requesting assistance from the public.
