In accordance with the Nova Scotia Release of a High-Risk Offender Information Protocol, the Nova Scotia RCMP is advising citizens that a high-risk offender is believed to be relocating to the province from New Brunswick.
Robert Edgar Paul, 35, isn’t required to tell police where he’ll be living; however, it’s believed he’ll be residing in the Millbrook area.
Paul has an extensive and persistent criminal history dating back to 2005, for both violent and non-violent offences.
After serving his full term in a federal institution for his most recent convictions – Dangerous Operation of a Conveyance Causing Bodily Harm and Uttering Threats to Cause Death or Bodily Harm – Paul is scheduled to be released on August 24.
Paul is described as 5-foot-8, 185 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.
