Arviat RCMP is seeking to identify a suspect in property damage investigation

On March 26, 2026, the Arviat RCMP received a report of property damaged that occurred to a construction site in the community. 

A video was circulating on social media, where it showed an individual in the area of the incident on the night of March 25, 2026.  Police are continuing their investigation and are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the witness who recorded the video, the suspect or any information related to the incident.
