• Sexual Assault, contrary to Section 271 C.C
• Aggravated Assault, contrary to Section 268 C.C
• Two counts of Breach Probation, contrary to Section 733.1(1) C.C

Papatsie is described as: 

• Age 35
• 5’9 feet tall
• 176 lbs
• Inuk male
• Black hair
• Brown eye
• Slim build
• Tattoo of star below left eye
