Carnduff RCMP asking the public to report sightings of Ryan Smith

Carnduff RCMP are asking the public to report sightings and information on the whereabouts of 37-year-old Ryan Smith. He also goes by the name ‘Frosty’.

Ryan Smith is wanted on two warrants from Carnduff RCMP for charges including assault, uttering threats, and failure to comply with release order conditions. These charges were laid in relation to an ongoing assault investigation that was reported to Carnduff RCMP at the beginning of May 2026 (Information #90477325 and #90477326).

Ryan Smith is described as:

• Height: 5 ft 11 in 
• Weight: 165 lbs
• Eye colour: blue
• Hair colour and style: brown and grey
• Other descriptors: he has a beard

Ryan Smith is known to travel to the following areas:

• Weyburn
• Oxbow
• Estevan

Carnduff RCMP continue to investigate.
