Battlefords RCMP arrested and charged one adult female after an assault investigation on Moosomin First Nation.
On June 30, 2026 at approximately 3:12 a.m., Battlefords RCMP received a report of an individual being assaulted at a residence on Moosomin First Nation. Officers arrived at the residence and located three adults inside the residence, one who had injuries described as serious in nature.
As a result of the investigation, 38-year-old Nicole Swiftwolf of Moosomin First Nation is charged with one count, aggravated assault, Section 268(2), Criminal Code.
Nicole Swiftwolf appeared in North Battleford Provincial Court on July 2, 2026. (Information #90644020)
