Lloydminster RCMP arrested Kevin Watt on July 14, 2026, in Lloydminster SK. He appeared in Lloydminster Provincial Court on July 15, 2026. 

Background

Saskatchewan RCMP is asking the public to report sightings and information on the whereabouts of 31-year-old Kevin Ross Watt. 

Kevin Watt is charged with:

• one count, kidnapping with firearm, Section 279(1.1)(a), Criminal Code; and 
• one count, fail to comply with undertaking condition, Section 145(4)(a), Criminal Code. 

Kevin Watt is described as: 

• Height: 5 ft 11 in  
• Weight: 198 lbs 
• Eye colour: blue
• Hair colour and style: brown, short

A photo of him is attached. 

He may be driving a grey 2009 Chevrolet Impala with SK license plate 402 NRJ. The car has a damaged windshield and damage to the front bumper. The direction of travel is unknown. 

Kevin Watt is known to travel to the following areas: 

• Loon Lake
• Lloydminster
• St. Walburg
• Maidstone
