Yorkton STRT: charges laid following drug trafficking investigation

Saskatchewan RCMP’s Yorkton Saskatchewan Trafficking Response Team (STRT) has charged one male after cash and illegal drugs were seized in Yorkton during a drug trafficking investigation.
On September 16, 2026, as part of an ongoing investigation, officers with Saskatchewan RCMP’s Yorkton STRT arrested an adult male at a property on Bradbrooke Drive in Yorkton. A search warrant was executed at the property, and officers located and seized:
- $1,600 in cash
- 701 grams of cocaine
- 85 pills of unknown composition
- drug trafficking paraphernalia
As a result of investigation, 23-year-old Angok Yol from Calgary, AB has been charged with:
- one count, possession for the purpose of trafficking – cocaine, Section 5(2), Controlled Drugs and Substances Act; and
- one count, possession of property obtained by crime over $5000, Section 354(1)(a), Criminal Code.
Angok Yol is scheduled to appear in Yorkton Provincial Court on September 17, 2026 (Information #90468392 and #90468393).
