See something, say something: how to report crime in the Yukon

Dial 9-1-1 for emergencies. For crimes that are not emergencies, not in progress, and do not require an immediate response, call the non-emergency line at your local RCMP detachment: 867-XXX-5555 (local exchange).

For certain non-emergency crimes in Whitehorse, you can report the crime online. This includes incidents involving damaged, lost, vandalized, or stolen property.

This January is Crime Stoppers Awareness Month, and the Yukon RCMP celebrate this community-based program which allows you to anonymously report information about crimes. Crime Stoppers’ ongoing national slogan, “Say It Here,” underscores the importance of providing anonymous tip information that can assist police in identifying perpetrators of crime.
