RCMP seize significant quantity of suspected cocaine; two arrested

The Yukon RCMP Crime Reduction Unit has seized a substantial quantity of suspected cocaine and charged two individuals following an ongoing drug trafficking investigation.
On March 10, 2026, investigators seized approximately 2 kilograms of believed cocaine as part of the continued effort to disrupt drug trafficking in the territory.
As the investigation progressed, officers arrested two people in Whitehorse on March 13, 2026. During the arrest, police recovered an additional 44 grams of believed cocaine packaged in quantities consistent with resale, along with $1,100 in cash.
Nathali George, 30, of Burnaby, British Columbia, has been charged with:
- Trafficking Cocaine
- Possession of Cocaine for the Purpose of Trafficking (two counts)
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000
Mary Greenland, 65, of Whitehorse, has been charged with:
- Trafficking Cocaine
- Possession of Cocaine for the Purpose of Trafficking
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000
Both individuals appeared in court on March 14, 2026, and were remanded into custody. They are scheduled to appear again before the Territorial Court in Whitehorse on March 17 at 3:00 p.m.
