Yukon RCMP is renewing its request for public information to assist with the ongoing investigation involving Tyler William Maloney.
Tyler William Maloney, also known as Will, was reported missing by his family on August 11, 2025. Police continue to work to better understand his movements and circumstances to help family and friends gain answers.
Tyler Maloney did not have a fixed address and was moving between locations while staying with acquaintances, which has made tracking his movements more challenging. He arrived in the Yukon in the Spring of 2024 and was known to frequent the downtown Whitehorse area.
The last confirmed sighting of Tyler “Will” Maloney occurred near the end of October 2024 in Whitehorse, Yukon.

- Caucasian male
- 30 years old
- Approximately 5 ft 5 in tall
- Approximately 230 lbs
- Heavy build
- Short brown hair, has been known to have a beard and moustache
- Blue eyes
- Tattoo on his forehead above his right eyebrow that reads “Nefarious”
The Yukon Major Crime Unit (MCU) believes that Tyler “Will” Maloney did not leave the Yukon and that individuals within the territory may have information relevant to his disappearance. Anyone with information that may assist the investigation is asked to contact their local police or Yukon MCU at 867-667-5555.
