Arrest warrant issued for Terence Bolton

Whitehorse RCMP is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Terence Bolton who is wanted for arrest. 

Mr. Bolton is wanted on a warrant for arrest for the following:

• Robbery with a firearm - Section 344(1)(a.1) Criminal Code
• Carrying a conceal weapon - Section 90 Criminal Code
• Carry a weapon for the purpose of committing an offence - Section 88 Criminal Code
• Transport firearm contrary to regulations - Section 86(2) Criminal Code
• Use firearm in the commission of an offence - Section 85(1)(a) Criminal Code
• Possess a firearm without a licence - Section 91(1) Criminal Code
• Unauthorized possession of firearm in a vehicle - Section 94 Criminal Code

Mr. Bolton is described as

56 years old;

5’ 5”;

160-165lbs;

Hazel eyes;

Brown hair and balding;

May have a brown and grey beard and mustache.

Mr. Bolton is known to frequent Whitehorse and Haines Junction, but may be residing in Alberta or southern British Columbia.
