Nasha Alana Wong, who was reported missing on May 15, 2026, has been located deceased.
On the evening of June 24, 2026, Mayo RCMP responded to a report of found human remains off the Silver Trail Highway. Forensic identification has since confirmed the remains are those of Ms. Wong.
The Yukon RCMP and the Yukon Coroner’s Service extend their sincere condolences to Ms. Wong’s family and friends during this difficult time. We also thank everyone who assisted with the search efforts.
RCMP are continuing the investigation and are seeking information from anyone that may have seen Ms. Wong on the evening of May 14, 2026. Anyone with information can contact their local RCMP detachment. Information can also be provided anonymously through Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS).
