Blackfalds RCMP investigate robbery

Blackfalds, Alta. -  On March 6, 2026, at 6:49 a.m. Blackfalds RCMP received a report of a robbery at the Chevron Gas station on Vista Trail in Blackfalds. Investigation revealed that two masked men in winter clothing and one carrying what appeared to be a handgun entered the store and stole cash and cigarettes. The suspects were last seen crossing Vista Trail and are believed to have gotten into a vehicle. 

The suspects are described as;

• Both male; and
• Wearing heavy winter clothing and leather work gloves.

While RCMP investigate, we are asking area residents to check their video surveillance, doorbell and dash cameras for the suspects.
