Mayerthorpe RCMP respond to firearms complaint on Alexis First Nation

Alexis First Nation, Alta.- Mayerthorpe RCMP are currently responding to a firearms complaint in the area South of Highway 43 between Range Road 40 and Nikoodi Road on Alexis First Nation. While police respond, we are asking area residents to shelter in place for their own safety. Please refrain from posting photos of responding officers until after the incident is over.
