Bonnyville RCMP issues shelter in place

Bonnyville, Alta. – Bonnyville RCMP, along with Alberta RCMP Police Dog Services and other RCMP units, is currently responding to a firearm-related incident on 46 ave, between 39 street and 41 street, in Bonnyville. Residents in the area are asked to shelter in place. The public is also asked to avoid the area while police respond and not to post pictures of police response until after the incident has been resolved.

An update will be sent once the shelter in place is lifted or should more information become available.
