Sundre RCMP advises of highway closure due to grass fire

Sundre, Alta. – Sundre RCMP are advising the public that Highway 587, between Range Roads 43 and 45, will be closed until further notice. Traffic is being diverted in the area and the public is asked to avoid travel if necessary and, should you need to travel, please listen to the instructions given by officers in the area. 

An update is anticipated once the highway reopens or should more information become available.
