Westlock RCMP respond to fatal motorcycle collision

Westlock, Alta – On May 8, 2026, around 11:20 p.m., Westlock RCMP responded to a report of a motorcycle collision on Highway 44, just north of Township Road 602, in Westlock County. No other vehicles were involved and a 62-year-old resident of Westlock was declared deceased on scene.

Associated Ambulance, Alberta RCMP’s Real Time Operation Centre, an RCMP Collision Analyst, and Westlock RCMP assisted in this fatal collision.

Westlock RCMP send their condolences to the family and friends of the deceased.
