Fox Lake RCMP recovers stolen ATVs

Fox Lake, Alta. - Fox Lake RCMP are urging Little Red River Cree Nation residents to lock up their property after an investigation into a stolen quad led them to search a local property. RCMP recovered 3 stolen ATV’s, 2 of which were stolen locally, and a stolen dirt bike from the Grande Prairie Area. The investigation is ongoing.

“We wanted to take this opportunity to remind the public to secure their property” said Cpl Michael Heysa of the Fox Lake RCMP. “We are all responsible for ensuring the safety of our goods and our community. Unsecured items are more likely to be stolen. Prevention is key to lowering occurrences of criminal activity”.
