Red Deer, Alta. – Red Deer RCMP are currently on scene and advising of heavy police presence in the Clearview Ridge area of Red Deer. 

While RCMP respond we are asking the public to avoid the area and follow directions of officers on scene. 

RCMP ask that residents refrain from posting photos of responding officers on social media until after the incident is over.
