Oyen RCMP on scene at a residential structure fire in Empress

Oyen, Alta. – Oyen RCMP and the local fire department are currently on scene for a suspicious structure fire at a residence in Empress, Alta. The fire has been contained; however emergency responders are asking residents to refrain from attending the area to allow fire and police to complete their work. 

The cause of the fire is still under investigation.

An update may be provided once more information is available.
