Cochrane RCMP investigating robbery

Bragg Creek, Alta. – On July 17, 2026, at 6:50 p.m., Cochrane RCMP responded to a report of a robbery which occurred on Balsam Avenue in a parking lot in front of Powderhorn Saloon. Investigation revealed this was the result of a road rage incident which led to the victim getting assaulted and his vehicle keys stolen. 

The suspects (a male and female) were in a newer black Chevrolet crew cab pickup which was pulling a trailer. The trailer licence plate is 6PK257 AB. 

The male is described as:

• Approximately 30-years-old
• 6 feet tall with a slim build
• Wearing a black shirt

The female was described as:

• Very muscular
• Brunette
• Wearing a black tank top

The victim received minor injuries because of this robbery, as well as damage to his vehicle.
