St. Albert, Alta. – On June 19, 2026, St. Albert RCMP was dispatched to a call of a suspicious individual at the Fountain Park pool. On June 26, 2026, 28-year-old resident of Edmonton, attended the St. Albert RCMP detachment and was subsequently arrested for this incident. At that time, they were released on an undertaking with conditions not to attend playgrounds, schools, or recreational facilities.
On July 24, 2026, Crown approved the charge of voyeurism for the June 19 incident.
The individual is scheduled to appear at the Alberta Court of Justice in St. Albert on Aug. 17, 2026. As this matter is before the courts, no further information will be released.
