Parkland RCMP requesting public assistance in identifying victims in voyeurism investigation

Parkland, Alta.- On June 6, 2026, the Parkland RCMP began an investigation regarding indecent acts that occurred in Stony Plain, Alta. Police received a report that a window cleaner, working for a local business, allegedly exposed their genitals while cleaning the windows of a residence.

As a result of the investigation, the accused was identified as 67-year-old resident of Spruce Grove, Alta.

The accused was arrested and charged with one count of an indecent act.

The individual appeared before a justice of the peace and was released on a release order. They are scheduled to appear in the Alberta Court of Justice in St. Albert, on Oct. 6, 2026.

The Parkland RCMP believe there are more victims who have yet to come forward. Anyone who believes they have been a victim of Bennett, or knows someone who has, is asked to contact the Parkland RCMP at 825-220-7267.
