Free car and booster seat safety clinic

Get expert help with installing your vehicle’s car or booster seat at our free clinic! Certified Child Passenger Safety (CPS) Educators, including Burnaby RCMP officers and BCAA staff, will work one-on-one with attendees to inspect their current set-up and provide adjustments and education. 

While attendees are encouraged to pre-book appointments online, some walk-in appointments will also be available. Appointments are approximately one hour long.

Safety information session for commercial vehicle drivers and companies

The Burnaby RCMP and the City of Coquitlam are inviting commercial vehicle drivers and operators to a safety information session, covering everything from pre-trip inspections to cargo securement and more. The session is aimed at drivers and companies that operate commercial vehicles, such as box trucks and delivery vehicles, that can be operated with a Class 5 licence. Representatives from the BC Highway Patrol, Delta Police, and WorkSafe BC will also be on hand to provide information and answer questions.
