Update, August 22, 2025: Police received new information that missing 36-year-old Justin Wade Parker was last seen walking westbound on route 725, near Barter Settlement, on August 18. Police are asking residents to check their properties for any sign of the missing man, or anything that may appear out of place. If you come across anything, leave it as is and notify police. Police are also asking anyone with a trail camera, doorbell camera or any video surveillance from the area to contact the St. Stephen RCMP at 506-466-7030. 

Update, August 21, 2025: Police are now releasing a new photo of missing 36-year-old Justin Wade Parker in hopes that someone may recognize him. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact the St. Stephen RCMP at 506-466-7030.

Update, August 20, 2025: The truck belonging to missing 36-year-old Justin Wade Parker has since been recovered. The RCMP would like to thank the public for their assistance. Police are still trying to locate him. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact the St. Stephen RCMP at 506-466-7030.

The St. Stephen RCMP is asking for the public’s help to locate a missing 36-year-old man from Barter Settlement, N.B.

Justin Wade Parker was last seen on August 18, 2025, at approximately 2:30 p.m., at a residence on Barter Settlement Road in Barter Settlement. He was reported missing to police the next day. Police have followed up on several leads to try and locate him but have so far been unsuccessful. Police and his family are concerned for his wellbeing.

Justin Wade Parker is described as being approximately five feet eleven inches (180 centimetres) tall. He has brown eyes and dark brown hair. He was last seen wearing a blue shirt with stains, dirty blue jeans, torn black Sketchers shoes, and a camouflage NAPA baseball cap.
