The Sackville RCMP is asking for the public’s help to locate a 43-year-old man who is currently wanted on a warrant of arrest.

On September 5, 2025, Joseph (Joey) Reginald Sears of Sackville, N.B., failed to appear in Moncton Provincial Court and a warrant was issued for his arrest. He is facing several charges, including assaulting a police officer, and is also wanted in connection with additional offences that have occurred in the Sackville area.

Joey Sears is described as being approximately 5′ 11″ (180 centimetres) tall and weighing approximately 170 pounds (77 kilograms). He has mid-length light brown or dirty blonde hair and facial stubble.

If you see Joey Sears, do not approach him, and call 911 immediately.
