Missing 49-year-old woman

The Perth-Andover RCMP is asking for the public’s help to locate a missing 49-year-old woman from Presque Isle, Maine. 

Charlotte Anne Miller was last seen on April 23, 2026, at the port of entry to Canada, near Perth-Andover. She was reported missing to police May 6, 2026. Police have followed up on several leads to try and locate her but have so far been unsuccessful. Police and her family are concerned for her wellbeing. 

Charlotte Anne Miller is believed to now have dark-coloured hair, however a further description of her is not available at this time. She is possibly driving a red Ford Fusion with Maine, U.S. plates.
