Update, September 1, 2026: Ten years after Jami Springer was last seen in Moncton, her disappearance remains an open and active investigation by the New Brunswick RCMP's Major Crime Unit. Jami was last seen on August 31, 2016, and has not been seen or heard from since. Police continue to consider her disappearance suspicious. 

“The whereabouts of Jami Springer remain an active investigation.”

“We continue to believe that someone knows what happened to Jami. We strongly encourage anyone with information to come forward and help us locate her.”

Missing person – 27-year-old woman 

Moncton

The Codiac Regional RCMP is asking for the public’s help in locating a 27-year-old woman from Moncton, N.B., who was reported missing on September 4, 2016. 

Jami Springer was last seen walking on McLaughlin Drive in Moncton on the afternoon of Wednesday August 31, 2016. She has not been in contact with her family since that time and they are concerned for her well-being. The RCMP have been following a number of leads in an attempt to locate her, but have not been successful.

Jami Springer is described as Caucasian, with dark brown hair and brown eyes. She is 5'4” tall, and weighs approximately 106 lbs.
