Missing 35-year-old woman

The Richibucto RCMP is asking for the public's help locating a missing 35-year-old woman from the community of Beausoleil, N.B.

Melanie Leblanc was last seen on September 5, 2026, at approximately 9:30 a.m., near Cap-Pelé, N.B. She was reported missing to police the following day. Police have followed up on several leads to try and locate her but have so far been unsuccessful. Police and family are concerned for her wellbeing.

Melanie Leblanc is described as being approximately five foot six inches (171 centimetres) tall and weighing approximately 165 pounds (75 kilograms). She has blue eyes and brown hair. She was last seen wearing a pink sweater and black shorts.
