King now faces a number of new Criminal Code charges including
- Break and enter with intent to commit an indictable offence,
- Extortion without a firearm,

- Possession of break-in instruments,
- Failure to comply with a Release Order – five counts.
King was held in custody to appear in provincial court today (March 23).
