Yellowknife RCMP is pleased to announce the official opening today of the RCMP’s satellite office at the Chief Drygeese Building, 2nd floor, in Dettah.

This local presence reinforces Yellowknife RCMP’s commitment to YKDFN
community safety, while supporting the community’s evolving needs.

The new satellite office strengthens accessibility, visibility, and meaningful day-to-day
engagement with Yellowknife RCMP’s community police officers.

This office will serve to better facilitate community engagement, in addition to providing some non-urgent services such as criminal record checks. Residents will also be able to provide statements or make non-emergency reports to the police.
