Maskwacis RCMP obtains arrest warrant after robbery with a firearm investigation - Update

Ponoka, Alta. – In the morning of May 20, 2026, after receiving information from the public, Maskwacis RCMP, assisted by Ponoka RCMP as well as Alberta RCMP Emergency Response Team and Police Dog Services, were able to arrest Jesse Lee Roasting at a residence in Ponoka. There are no longer any outstanding warrants regarding this incident. Maskwacis RCMP would like to thank the public for their assistance in this investigation.
