Fort Smith RCMP is issuing a shelter in place for all citizens as they search for an armed male suspect. The suspect is described as a male wearing a grey sweater.

Please stay in your residences and do not open the door for anyone. Follow all directions from responding officers. Refrain from posting photos of responding officers on social media.
