Whitehorse RCMP have laid additional charges in the fatal motor vehicle collision that occurred on the Alaska Highway on August 18, 2026.
Nicolas Tselios, 32, has been charged with Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle Causing Death. In relation to this incident, Mr. Tselios is also charged with Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle Causing Death.
His next scheduled appearance in court in Whitehorse is September 17.
As this matter is now before the courts, the Yukon RCMP will not be providing any further information at this time.
