Complete the 3-week training

Once hired, you will attend the RCMP Experienced Police Officer 3-week training program at the RCMP's Training Academy, Depot (Regina, Saskatchewan) or at the Pacific Region Training Centre (Chilliwack, British Columbia) to learn RCMP-specific procedures and tactics.

After you've completed the training, you will begin your first posting under the supervision of a field coach.
